Strategic Leadership:Drive the development and execution of robust supply chain strategies that align with our ambitious business goals.
Operational Excellence:Oversee all facets of operations, including production planning, inventory management, and logistics operations, ensuring seamless execution and superior performance.
Team Empowerment:Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team, fostering a collaborative environment where innovation thrives and talent is nurtured.
Process Optimization:Continuously identify opportunities for process enhancements, leveraging data analysis and best practices to drive efficiency and reduce costs.
Vendor & Stakeholder Management:Cultivate strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders, ensuring optimal resource allocation and partnership success.
Quality & Risk Management:Implement rigorous quality control measures and proactive risk management strategies to safeguard our operations and uphold product integrity.

المتطلبات والشروط

10+ years of experience in supply chain and/or operations management within a manufacturing company, preferably textiles and handmade products.
Proven experience operating across retail stores and e-commerce platforms.
Strong understanding of production planning, inventory management, logistics, and quality control.
Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.

Strong ability to multitask.

Comfort working with multiple groups within business
ERP system experience, preferablyOdoo
Fluency in Arabic and English.
Ability to work on-site in Haram City, 6th of October, Giza.
Career Level:This is aSenior Managementposition, requiring a candidate who can lead with vision, execute with precision, and drive transformational change.
