Job PurposeWe are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead and optimize all operational activities across the company's workshops and field operations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring safe, efficient, and cost-effective service delivery while maintaining the highest standards of quality, customer satisfaction, and operational performance.

Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage all operational activities across workshops and field locations.Plan, coordinate, and monitor daily operations to ensure on-time project execution.Optimize manpower, equipment, and facility utilization to maximize productivity.Oversee OCTG Services, Machine Shop Manufacturing, API & Premium Connection Rethreading, Repair, Bucking, Welding, Hardbanding, and Inspection activities.Monitor operational KPIs and implement improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce operational costs.Work closely with QA/QC, Engineering, Maintenance, HSE, Procurement, and Commercial teams to ensure seamless service delivery.Ensure compliance with company procedures, customer requirements, API standards, ISO standards, and HSE regulations.Lead operational planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.Build strong relationships with customers and support technical and commercial meetings.Develop operational teams through coaching, performance management, and succession planning.Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction.Regular travel to company workshops and operational sites is required.

Qualifications & RequirementsBachelor's Degree in Metallurgical Engineering, Petroleum Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.Minimum 10 years of experience in Oil & Gas or Petroleum Services operations.Minimum 5 years in an Operations leadership role.Strong background in OCTG Services, Machine Shop Operations, Manufacturing, Repair, Threading, Bucking, Welding, and Oilfield Services.Excellent knowledge of operational planning, production management, resource optimization, and cost control.Strong understanding of API, ISO, and HSE requirements.Excellent command of written and spoken English is essential.Willingness to travel regularly between the Head Office and operational sites.
