Packaging Lead

Key Responsibilities:Systematization: Standardize the existing packaging portfolio.

Create and manage a centralized packaging database housing all dielines, artworks, and specifications.Process & Validation: Draft the standard processes and SOPs for all packaging tests, qualifications, and line validations.Cross-Functional Innovation: Work closely with the Marketing team to develop structural packaging for new products that align with brand identity and manufacturing capabilities.Supplier & Logistics Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with packaging suppliers.

Develop and standardize palletizing patterns for optimal warehouse and transit efficiency.

Requirements : Experience: 7+ years of packaging development/engineering experience in the FMCG sector.Education: Bachelor’s degree in Packaging Engineering, Materials Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.Skills: Strategic thinker with experience building databases, strong vendor negotiation skills, and a deep, hands-on understanding of packaging materials (flexible, rigid, carton).
