This role is ideal for someone who is analytical, performance-driven, comfortable using AI tools, and capable of managing multiple projects efficiently.Shift TimingFull-time remote roleShift timing: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST (includes a 1-hour break)

Key ResponsibilitiesManage and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns for international clientsBuild paid marketing strategies focused on ROI, profitability, and growthHandle keyword research, audience targeting, competitor analysis, ad copy creation, and bid optimizationLaunch and monitor Search, Display, Shopping, and Performance Max campaignsTrack campaign performance and prepare weekly/monthly reports with clear insights and action pointsRun A/B tests on creatives, landing pages, and ad copy to improve conversion performanceWork on tracking, remarketing, conversions, and attribution with the analytics or tech teamUse AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar platforms to improve campaign setup, reporting, analysis, and workflow efficiencyNice to HaveExperience working with international clients or remote teamsStrong understanding of performance-focused testing and optimizationHow to ApplyPlease share:A short summary of your experience with Google Ads and Meta AdsExamples of campaigns you have worked on and the results achievedThe AI and analytics tools you use regularly
