Perfume Sales Associate

Location: 47 Othman Ibn Affan, Heliopolis, cairoEmployment Type: Full-TimeWorking Hours: 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM, 6 days per week About the RoleWe are seeking a passionate and customer-focused Fragrance Consultant & Perfume Blender to join our perfume shop in Cairo.

The ideal candidate will assist customers in selecting fragrances, create customized perfume blends, and deliver an exceptional shopping experience.

This role combines retail sales expertise with creativity and attention to detail in fragrance blending.

Sales & Customer ServiceWelcome customers and provide personalized fragrance recommendations.Understand customer preferences and help them choose suitable perfumes and fragrance oils.Promote products and achieve sales targets through effective upselling and cross-selling.Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat visits.

Perfume BlendingPrepare and mix custom fragrances according to customer requests.Accurately measure and blend perfume oils while maintaining quality standards.Explain fragrance notes, concentration levels, and product usage to customers.

Store OperationsProcess sales transactions using the POS system.Maintain product displays and ensure the shop remains clean and organized.Monitor inventory and report low stock levels.Refill bottles, testers, and packaging materials as needed.

RequirementsPrevious experience in retail sales, perfumes, cosmetics, or customer service is preferred.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Passion for fragrances and willingness to learn perfume blending techniques.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Attention to detail and a professional attitude.Fluency in Arabic and English Apply by sending your CV and a brief introduction outlining your experience in sales, perfumes, beauty products, or customer service.
