- Lead and manage the completePersonnel functionand ensure efficient day-to-day operations.
- Take full responsibility for allSocial Insurance procedures, including employee registration, termination, transfers, amendments, and insurance files.
- Maintain professional and effective relationships withSocial Insurance Offices, Labor Offices, and relevant governmental authorities.
- Act as the company’sresponsible Personnel representative / authorized manager before relevant governmental authorities and official records, in accordance with applicable regulations.
- Ensure full compliance withEgyptian Labor Law, Social Insurance Law, and all applicable governmental regulations.
- Handle all governmental inspections, official correspondence, requests, and required documentation.
- Manage the completeemployee hiring and onboarding process, ensuring that all legal and personnel requirements are properly completed.
- Review and maintainemployment contracts, personnel files, employee documentation, and governmental records.
- Ensure timely completion of all employee registrations, work-related documentation, and statutory requirements.
- Monitor changes in labor and social insurance regulations and ensure proper implementation within the company.
- Establish and maintain accurate and well-organized Personnel records and databases.
- Lead, supervise, and develop the Personnel team while ensuring high standards of accuracy and confidentiality.
- Prepare regular Personnel reports and provide management with accurate updates regarding compliance, employee records, and governmental matters.
- Ensure all Personnel processes are handled withconfidentiality, accuracy, discipline, and professionalism.
المتطلبات والشروط
- Bachelor’s degree inHuman Resources, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
- 8+ years of solid hands-on experience in Personnel, with at least2–3 years in a supervisory or leadership position.
- Strong and proven practical experience withEgyptian Social Insurance procedures.
- Excellent knowledge and hands-on experience dealing withLabor Offices and governmental authorities.
- Strong knowledge ofEgyptian Labor Law and Social Insurance regulations.
- Proven experience inemployee hiring, onboarding, contracts, and personnel administration.
- Strong understanding of governmental procedures and statutory compliance.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and take full ownership of the Personnel function.
- High level of integrity and confidentiality.
- Very good command ofMS Office, especially Excel.
