Planning Specialist

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Planning Specialist to join our textile operations team.

This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or candidates with up to one year of experience in the textile or manufacturing sector who are eager to build a career in production planning and supply chain management.Assist in developing production plans based on customer orders and forecastsCoordinate with production, procurement, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth workflowMonitor inventory levels of raw materials and finished goodsTrack production progress and report delays or issuesPrepare daily, weekly, and monthly planning reportsSupport demand forecasting and capacity planning activitiesEnsure timely delivery of products while optimizing resources

Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of experience in textile or manufacturing industryMale candidates are required.Basic understanding of production planning and inventory managementStrong analytical and organizational skillsProficiency in Microsoft Excel (knowledge of ERP systems is a plus)Good communication and teamwork skills
