Job SummaryA customer-focused and technically skilled Pre-Sales Specialist responsible for understanding client requirements, conducting site assessments, designing infrastructure solutions (cabling, CCTV, server racks), and preparing competitive technical and financial proposals to support business growth.

Key ResponsibilitiesEngage with clients to gather technical and business requirementsConduct site surveys to assess cabling, security systems, and infrastructure needsDesign solutions for UTP/Fiber cabling, CCTV systems, and server rack setupsPrepare detailed technical proposals and BOQsDevelop accurate cost estimates and financial proposalsCoordinate with suppliers/vendors for pricing and product selectionSupport sales team in presentations, negotiations, and client meetingsEnsure smooth handover to implementation team after project awardPreferred SkillsKnowledge of industry vendors (e.g., Hikvision, Dahua, Panduit, etc.)Experience with design tools (Visio, AutoCAD is a plus)Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skillsBasic understanding of networking and low current systems integration Key CompetenciesStrong communication and presentation skillsCustomer-oriented mindsetAnalytical thinking and problem-solvingAttention to detail and accuracyAbility to work under pressure and manage multiple opportunitiesPreference will be given to female candidates.
