Responsibilities:Strategically manage the end-to-end procurement process, from requisition to delivery, ensuring optimal cost, quality, and delivery timelines.Conduct thorough market analysis to identify new suppliers, assess market trends, and implement innovative purchasing strategies.Lead negotiations with suppliers to secure favorable terms, conditions, and pricing, maximizing value for the organization.Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders across various departments to understand their needs and align procurement activities with business objectives.Oversee logistics operations, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of materials and services.Maintain accurate procurement records and contribute to the continuous improvement of procurement policies and procedures.Monitor supplier performance and foster strong, long-term relationships based on trust and mutual benefit.

Skills & Technologies: You will leverage your expertise in Purchasing, Procurement, and Logistics daily.

Experience with supply chain management tools, vendor management systems, and enterprise resource planning (ERP) software like SAP will be highly valued.

Strong analytical and negotiation skills are crucial to excel in this role.

A Proven Track Record: Possess 3-7 years of progressive experience in a dedicated purchasing, procurement, or supply chain role.Expertise in Core Functions: Demonstrated proficiency and deep understanding of Purchasing, Procurement, and Logistics principles and best practices.Strategic Sourcing & Vendor Management: Exceptional skills in Vendor Management, Negotiation, and strategic sourcing, with a history of achieving favorable outcomes.Analytical Acumen: Strong abilities in Cost Analysis, Data Analysis, and an understanding of financial implications within procurement.Operational Excellence: Experience with Inventory Management, Contract Management, and process optimization.Communication & Collaboration: Excellent written and verbal Communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.Problem-Solving Prowess: A proactive and resourceful approach to Problem-solving, with a keen Attention to Detail.Career Level: This role is designed for an Experienced professional ready to take on significant responsibilities and drive impactful results.Back ground exp.
