Procurement Manager - Construction

Overview: As our Procurement Manager, you will be the linchpin connecting our strategic vision with operational excellence.

You will take ownership of the entire supply chain lifecycle for our construction projects, from initial procurement to final delivery.

This is an on-site role where your leadership will directly influence the efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and timely completion of our ambitious endeavors across Egypt.

Key Responsibilities:Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement cutting-edge supply chain strategies tailored for large-scale construction projects, optimizing processes and driving innovation.Procurement & Purchasing Mastery: Oversee all procurement and purchasing activities, ensuring best value, quality, and adherence to project timelines and budgets.Vendor & Contract Management: Forge and maintain robust relationships with suppliers, negotiating favorable terms and meticulously managing contracts to mitigate risks.Logistics & Inventory Optimization: Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehousing, and inventory control to minimize waste and maximize efficiency on-site.Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify and mitigate supply chain risks, ensuring continuity and resilience in a fast-paced environment.Team Development: Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

A minimum of 12-15 years of progressive experience in Construction Supply Chain, Logistics, or Procurement roles, with a significant portion dedicated to the demanding Construction sector.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering Civil / Arch .Demonstrated proficiency in Construction, Procurement, Purchasing, and Supply Chain methodologies.

Deep expertise in Logistics, Vendor Management, Negotiation, Strategic Sourcing, and Project Management.

Strong capabilities in Inventory Management, Risk Management, Budget Management, and hands-on experience with ERP Systems.Ability to develop and execute complex supply chain strategies that drive efficiency and deliver tangible results for large-scale projects.Willingness and ability to work on-site in Giza.
