Planning and Managing Procurement OperationsReview and analyze purchase requests (PRs) received from various departments, ensuring the clarity of technical specifications and their alignment with the established plan.Develop a periodic purchasing plan (monthly/quarterly)Shipping and Transportation CoordinationPlanning and organizing local and international shipping operations.Coordinate with freight forwarders and transport companies, compare offers to obtain the best price, and ensure the release or transfer of shipments to avoid shipping agency penalties.Select the appropriate means of transport (land/air/sea) according to the nature of the shipment.Shipment tracking and ensuring on-time delivery.Preparing and reviewing shipping documentsFollowing up on regulatory documents related to medical devices.Implementation of safety procedures during transportation and storage.Sourcing new local and international suppliers, particularly in the medical device sector.Preparing and sending Requests for Quotations (RFQs/RFPs)Negotiating with suppliers on ( Prices, Payment terms (LC/TT/Credit), Delivery periods, Warranty terms and after-sales services)

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field2–5 years of experience in procurement (medical devices experience is a strong plus)Strong understanding of medical devices and supplies marketKnowledge of international shipping and customs clearance proceduresFamiliarity with local customs regulationsAbility to analyze technical and commercial offersStrong negotiation and supplier management skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
