Source and procure mechanical spare parts required for manufacturing operations.Manage the procurement process from RFQs to purchase orders and supplier follow-up.Source, negotiate, and coordinate the rental of heavy equipment, machinery, and company vehicles.Evaluate suppliers based on quality, cost, and delivery performance.Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and contracts to achieve cost savings.Monitor inventory requirements and ensure timely availability of materials.Collaborate with maintenance, engineering, and other departments to meet operational requirements.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field.Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Purchasing Specialist or in a similar procurement role within a manufacturing environment.Proven experience in purchasing mechanical spare parts.Experience in sourcing and managing the rental of heavy equipment, machinery, and company vehicles.Strong knowledge of procurement processes, supplier management, and contract negotiation.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP/purchasing systems.Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
