Procurement Specialist

Supplier Management: Research, evaluate, and identify prospective suppliers, maintaining strong relationships.Negotiation & Contracting: Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules to secure best-value agreements.Order Processing: Create, verify, and track purchase orders (POs) to ensure compliance with company policies.Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels, reorder materials, and liaise with shipping/receiving to maintain optimal inventory.Quality Assurance: Inspect purchased items for quality, resolving discrepancies with suppliers promptly.Reporting: Analyze market trends, prepare reports, and maintain accurate procurement records.
