Product Designer / Engineer ( Furniture)

A Product Engineer is responsible for designing, developing, testing, and improving furniture and home decor products throughout their lifecycle.

The role combines engineering expertise, product development, manufacturing knowledge, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure products meet quality, performance, cost, and customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities / TasksConduct user research and analyze customer needs and behaviors.Create user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and mockups.Collaborate with suppliers , craftsmen/ women, customers, engineers, and stakeholders.Translate business requirements into user-focused design solutions.Improve product usability, accessibility, and overall user experience.Create interactive prototypes for testing and presentations.Work closely with development teams during implementation.Analyze product performance and recommend design improvements.Ensure consistency across products and platforms.Stay updated on industry trends, design tools trends, and best practices.Participate in brainstorming sessions and product strategy discussions.
