Product Specialist

Job PurposeWe are looking for an ambitious and results-oriented Product Specialist to drive sales growth within our Recon Lines.

The ideal candidate will excel at managing surgeon relationships, promoting products, and ensuring both sales and collection targets are rigorously met.

Key ResponsibilitiesPromote and sell joint line products to assigned accounts.Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with surgeons and hospitals.Prepare quotations, follow up on orders, and finalize sales deals.Crucially, follow up on collections according to agreed terms.Coordinate effectively with the Technical Support team during surgeries and trials.Ensure compliance with company pricing and sales policies.

Bachelor’s degree.2+ years of experience strictly in Orthopedics, Joints or Trauma.Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
