Production Manager (Chemical Reactors)

Operational Leadership: Direct and oversee all production activities, ensuring that manufacturing schedules are met efficiently and cost-effectively.Reactor Management: Supervise the operation of chemical reactors, monitoring parameters such as temperature, pressure, and reaction times to ensure optimal product yield.Specialized Production: Manage the end-to-end manufacturing process for Sodium CMC (Carboxy methyl Cellulose), ensuring products meet international quality standards and lead the Ethanol Recovery unit, reduce raw material costs and improve cycle times and reduce operational downtime.Production Planning: Develop and execute monthly and annual production plans for Sodium CMC to align with market demand.Capacity Utilization: Monitor and optimize the utilization of chemical reactors to ensure maximum throughput without compromising equipment lifespan.Budgeting: Manage the production budget, including labor costs, raw materials (Ethanol, Cellulose, etc.), and energy consumption.Safety & Compliance: Enforce strict HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) protocols.

Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, MBA is a plus.Experience 12 to 15 years of progressive experience in chemical production.Strong leadership and team-building capabilities.Advanced troubleshooting and analytical skills for chemical processes.6th of October City residents only.
