Production Planning Officer

We are looking for a Production Planning Officer to join a leading company in the food industry, based in Sadat City.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and monitoring production plans to ensure efficient use of resources and timely delivery of products.

Responsibilities:Prepare and update daily/weekly/monthly production plans based on sales forecasts and ordersCoordinate with production, warehouse, and quality departments to ensure smooth execution of plansMonitor raw material availability and coordinate with procurement to avoid production delaysTrack production performance against plans and report variancesUpdate production schedules based on machine capacity and manpower availabilityPrepare periodic reports on planning KPIs and production efficiencySupport continuous improvement initiatives to enhance planning accuracy

Job Requirements:Minimum 2 years of experience in production planning, preferably within the food industryCandidates with a background in the snacks industry are preferredMust reside in Sadat City or nearby areasBachelor's degree in Commerce, Industrial Engineering, Agricultural Science, or a related fieldStrong command of Microsoft Excel; familiarity with ERP/planning systems is a plusStrong analytical, organizational, and communication skillsAbility to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
