Production Section Head

We're Hiring | Production Section HeadWe are seeking a hands-on production leader with a strong background in food manufacturing and proven experience in managing production teams, driving operational efficiency, and achieving production targets.

Key Responsibilities:Lead and supervise daily production activities to ensure smooth operations and target achievement.Manage and develop production teams while maintaining high performance standards.Monitor productivity, efficiency, and product quality throughout the manufacturing process.Coordinate closely with Quality, Maintenance, and Warehouse teams to ensure uninterrupted operations.Identify opportunities for process improvement, waste reduction, and increased productivity.Ensure compliance with food safety, quality, and company standards.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Food Science, Agriculture, or a related field.Previous experience in the food manufacturing industry is essential.Minimum 7 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role within production.Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.Knowledge of food safety and quality systems is highly preferred.
