Project Control Manager

Key Responsibilities:Develop, prepare, and update project schedules (Baseline & Updated Programs) using Primavera P

Monitor project progress and compare actual performance against planned schedules.

Conduct time and cost variance analysis and propose corrective actions.

Direct supervision and management of: Planning Engineer Cost Engineer Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress and performance reports.

Develop and monitor project cash flow forecasts.

Control project costs and ensure alignment with approved budgets.

Establish and track project KPIs.

Coordinate with the Project Manager and all departments to ensure alignment with project plans.

Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.

Review interim payment applications and verify progress measurements.

Support in preparing contractual claims and Extension of Time (EOT) submissions when required.

Requirements:Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Civil preferred, Mechanical or Architecture acceptable).

Minimum 10 years of experience in construction projects.

Strong experience in: Primavera P6 Microsoft Project Advanced Excel Strong background in project planning and cost control.

Good knowledge of FIDIC contracts is an advantage.

Strong analytical, leadership, and decision-making skills.

Ability to work under pressure and manage multidisciplinary teams.

Excellent reporting and communication skills.
