Project Control Manager

Planning & Scheduling Leadership: Oversee the development, baseline approval, and updating of master project schedules using Primavera P6 and MS Project.

Cost & Earned Value Management (EVM): Monitor project budgets, track cost variances, perform Earned Value Analysis (EVA), and forecast Estimates at Completion (EAC).

Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Develop comprehensive monthly, weekly, and dashboard reports covering SPI, CPI, critical path analysis, and schedule variance.

Risk & Delay Analysis: Identify potential schedule delays and cost overruns early; develop mitigation strategies and conduct Time Impact Analysis (TIA) for claims or baseline extensions.

Team & Subcontractor Governance: Review and validate contractors' and subcontractors' baseline schedules, progress updates, and monthly payment applications.

Change Control Management: Implement rigorous change management processes to evaluate the schedule and cost impact of design variations and scope changes.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

Experience: 10 to 15+ years of experience in project controls, with solid, hands-on experience in Project Planning as a mandatory requirement.

Software Proficiency: Expert-level mastery of Primavera P6, MS Project, Excel (advanced analytics), and Power BI (or similar dashboard tools).

Certifications: PMP, PMI-SP (Scheduling Professional), or CCP (Certified Cost Professional) preferred.

Standards & Methodology: Deep understanding of Critical Path Method (CPM), Delay Analysis techniques, and EVM standards.
