Job Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager to join our growing Digital Transformation team.

In this role, you will manage and lead digital transformation and system integration projects, ensuring successful delivery of solutions that align with organizational goals.

You will oversee project planning, execution, and delivery, leveraging Agile and other project management methodologies to drive efficiency and innovation.

This role requires a strategic thinker who can balance technical challenges with business objectives, leading cross-functional teams while managing stakeholder expectations.

Key Responsibilities:Project Planning & Execution:Lead end-to-end project management for digital transformation and system integration initiatives.

Develop detailed project plans, defining project scope, timelines, resources, and deliverables.

Monitor and control project progress, ensuring alignment with business goals and technology requirements.Agile Methodology:Apply Agile methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban, to ensure rapid and efficient delivery.

Conduct sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to facilitate collaboration and continuous improvement.

Ensure the team adheres to Agile principles, keeping projects flexible and iterative.Cross-functional Collaboration:Work closely with technical teams (developers, architects, analysts) and business stakeholders (operations, marketing, sales) to gather requirements, provide status updates, and ensure all parties are aligned with project goals.Stakeholder Management:Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.

Manage expectations, resolve issues, and communicate progress to senior management and other relevant parties.

Provide regular project reports and updates, highlighting risks, roadblocks, and milestones.Risk & Issue Management:Proactively identify risks and issues that could impact the project timeline, scope, or quality.

Develop mitigation strategies and work with the team to implement corrective actions when necessary.Process Optimization & Continuous Improvement:Evaluate current project management practices and identify areas for improvement.

Implement best practices and optimize processes for greater efficiency in digital transformation initiatives.Quality Assurance:Ensure high standards of quality and integrity in all projects deliverables.

Work with QA teams to develop testing plans and ensure that digital transformation solutions are thoroughly validated before deployment.Vendor and Third-party Management:Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers, ensuring that third-party solutions are integrated smoothly and meet the project’s technical and business requirements.

Required Qualifications● 7+ years of Software Engineering experience, building scalable production-grade applications (aligned with the Tech Lead track expectations).● 1+ years of experience in a leadership or management role, directly managing multiple projects (5–7 engineers).● Architectural & System Design: Proven experience designing highly scalable system architectures, authoring pristine design docs, and guiding others through complex system integrations.● Code Quality & Technical Standards: Demonstrated ability to establish codebase standards, execute complex PR reviews, and systematically address technical debt to keep production stable.● Delivery & Agile Execution: Experience using modern agile workflow tools (such as Jira) to plan sprint capacities, analyze delivery metrics, and systematically resolve program-level bottlenecks.● People Leadership & Coaching: A track record of successfully mentoring junior and mid-level engineers, co-creating actionable career development plans, and unblocking professional growth paths.● Stakeholder Collaboration: Exceptional communication skills with experience acting as an operational shield for developers, managing cross-program alignment, and translating business needs into clear technical scope.● Reliability Engineering: A strong focus on system reliability, scalability, and performance optimization to build highly available, fault-tolerant production environments.

Preferred Qualifications (The "Plus" Factors)● Experience managing resource allocation and alignment across multiple distinct projects simultaneously.● Background collaborating closely with Product Management on capacity planning and product road mapping.● Active experience in hiring, from running technical interviews to designing onboarding processes that set up new hits for immediate success.
