Project Manager (Garment Manufacturing)

Oversee daily factory operations, managing production workflow from raw material intake to final product shipment.Develop and implement strategic production plans to maximize output while maintaining cost-effectiveness.Supervise production managers, quality assurance teams, and floor supervisors to ensure operational consistency.Analyze production KPIs, identify bottlenecks, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure the timely availability of textiles and accessories.Enforce safety protocols and factory standards across all production lines.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field.Minimum 8–10 years of professional experience in the garment or textile manufacturing industry.Proven track record in managing large-scale production facilities and cross-functional teams.
