Purchasing Specialist

Job Responsibilities:- Source and purchase materials and supplies from local vendors.- Obtain quotations, compare prices, and negotiate terms and conditions.

Issue purchase orders and follow up to ensure timely delivery.- Coordinate with warehouse and finance departments.- Maintain accurate purchasing records and supplier database.- Monitor local market prices and support cost control initiatives.

Requirements:- 1–2 years of experience in local procurement or purchasing.- Strong negotiation and communication skills.- Good organizational and follow-up skills.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel is a must).- Valid driving license is required.- Experience in industrial or manufacturing companies is a plus.
