Purchasing Specialist (IT / Chemicals / General)

Job Description: Manage the full procurement cycle from request to delivery.Source, evaluate, and select suppliers based on cost, quality, and reliability.Negotiate prices, contracts, and payment terms with vendors.Issue purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of goods/services.Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier performance.Coordinate with internal departments to understand purchasing needs.Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement procedures.Monitor market trends to identify cost-saving opportunities.

Job Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.2–5 years of experience in purchasing or procurement.Experience in one of the following areas is preferred: IT, Chemicals, or General Purchasing.Strong negotiation and communication skills.Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
