Conduct quality inspections throughout manufacturing processes to ensure compliance with approved specifications, standards, and procedures.
Monitor production activities and identify quality deviations, defects, and non-conformities.
Perform product inspections, measurements, testing, and sampling using approved quality tools and techniques.
Review manufacturing processes and recommend corrective and preventive actions to improve product quality.
Analyze quality data, inspection reports, and production records to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
Participate in root cause analysis investigations and support implementation of corrective actions.
Verify compliance with quality control plans, work instructions, and manufacturing standards.
Ensure production activities comply with health, safety, environmental, and company quality requirements.
Review engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documents to ensure product conformity.
Support new product development and process improvement initiatives through quality evaluations and recommendations.
Monitor the effectiveness of quality improvements and validate implemented corrective actions.
Prepare quality reports, inspection records, and performance analyses for management review.
