Identify potential locations for new fuel stations based on market demand and growth potential.Conduct site screening and preliminary feasibility assessments.Support negotiations with landowners, developers, and government authoritiesAnalyze traffic volumes, population density, urban development, and competitor activities.Develop business cases and investment proposals for new fuel stations.Maintain and update the pipeline of potential sites to support future network expansion opportunities.Ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements during site evaluation and acquisition activities.

Bachelor degree in Engineering or Business Administration5-7 years of experience in retail fuels, network planning, real estate development, or strategic planning, preferably with fuel station companies.Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).Language: Fluency in English (written and spoken).
