Responsibilities:Promote and sell the company's residential, commercial, and investment properties.Conduct property presentations and site visits for clients.Follow up with leads and maintain an active sales pipeline.Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and project developments.Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

3 to 5 years of proven experience in Real Estate Sales.Strong knowledge of the Egyptian real estate market, especially New Cairo and Fifth Settlement projects.Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.Ability to generate leads and build strong client relationships.Strong sales and customer service orientation.Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.Bachelor's degree is preferred.Presentable appearance and professional attitude.
