Real Estate Broker – Alexandria (Salary + Commission)

About the Role:We're expanding our real estate sales team in Alexandria and looking for driven, experienced brokers who know the local market and can close deals.If you have a strong network, solid negotiation skills, and a track record of hitting sales targets, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:Generate and follow up on leads for residential/commercial propertiesConduct property viewings and client meetingsNegotiate offers between buyers/sellers or landlords/tenantsBuild and maintain a client portfolio and referral networkStay updated on Alexandria real estate market trends and pricingAchieve monthly/quarterly sales targets

1–2 years of experience as a real estate broker/agent (Alexandria market knowledge is a big plus)Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skillsSelf-motivated with the ability to work independentlyPresentable, professional, and client-focusedOwn transportation preferredBachelor's degree preferred, not required
