Experience: 3-7 years of proven experience in real estate purchasing or procurement.Graduation from faculty of commerce or any related field Negotiation : Exceptional Negotiation and Vendor Management skills are a must.Analytical Ace: Strong capabilities in Market Analysis, Financial Acumen, and conducting thorough Due Diligence.Contract Connoisseur: Solid understanding and experience with Contract Management.Strategic Thinker: Ability to apply Strategic Sourcing methodologies to real estate acquisitions.
