Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related fieldProven experience in procurement or purchasing, preferably at a regional levelStrong negotiation and communication skillsAbility to analyze market data and develop strategic sourcing plansLeadership skills with the ability to manage a teamProficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office SuiteFluency in English; additional regional languages are a plus
