Research and Development Manager

Manage daily laboratory operations and supervise laboratory staff.Develop and improve industrial paint formulations and products.Ensure all products meet quality standards and customer requirements.Conduct product testing, analysis, and performance evaluations.Monitor raw materials and finished products quality.Coordinate with production, quality control, and sales departments.Troubleshoot technical and production-related issues.Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and company regulations.Prepare technical reports and maintain laboratory documentation.Support research and development initiatives for new products.

Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.Proven experience in industrial paints, coatings, or chemical manufacturing.Previous experience in laboratory management is highly preferred.Strong knowledge of paint formulations, raw materials, and testing methods.Leadership and team management skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Good communication and reporting skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
