Retail Sales Associate

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Indoor Sales Representative to join our retail branches.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, driving sales, and ensuring an excellent in-store experience.Greet customers and assist them in selecting productsAchieve sales targets and maximize upselling opportunitiesMaintain proper product display and store cleanlinessHandle customer inquiries and provide accurate product informationProcess sales transactions (cash / POS)Follow company standards in customer service and appearanceReport daily sales and customer feedback to the supervisor

Previous experience in retail or indoor sales (F&B is a plus)Good communication and interpersonal skillsPresentable and customer-orientedAbility to work in shiftsBasic math and cash handling skills
