Achieve showroom sales target.Replenish sold items with new products from stock.Follow up with customers to provide their needs.Convey customer's needs and inquiries to Retail Sales Manager.Apply cross-selling & up-selling methods.Perform daily physical check.Responsible for handling the maintenance cycle for damaged pieces.Building a good rapport with customers and keep them posted with L'AZURDE seasonal promotions.Apply the visual merchandising guidelines.Provide high standard customer services.Give the customers an orientation about the after-sales services policies and procedures (exchange & return policy).Adherence to the company's internal policies like Attendance/grooming/discipline.
Bachelor's degree in any related discipline.Experience: 2 to 5 of experience in Fashion Retail is a Must.Strong customer orientation to effectively service the consumers in the shops.Influential, Team player, and a great collaborator.Representable and possess professional selling skills.Excellent communication skills.Good to very good command of the English language.Working Days: 6 days per weekDays Off: 6 days per week1 day off (Shift-based).
