Retail Sales Manager

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Retail Sales Manager to establish and lead our retail sales channel.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for building the retail sales structure, recruiting and leading the sales team, expanding market coverage, and driving sustainable sales growth across the retail sector.

Lead the retail sales function.Build the retail sales structure and route-to-market strategy.Recruit, develop, and lead the retail sales team.Develop and execute sales plans to achieve business objectives.Expand customer base and market coverage.Monitor sales performance and KPIs.Build and maintain strong customer relationships.Drive sales growth, profitability, and market execution.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve company goals.

QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.Minimum 7 years of FMCG sales experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.Proven experience in Snacks and Chocolate categories is required.Proven experience in building and leading retail sales teams.Strong understanding of Traditional Trade (Retail), distribution, and route-to-market.Excellent leadership, negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.Willingness to travel as required.
