Retail Supervisor

Supervise daily retail operations across assigned outlets.Lead and coach the retail team to maximize performance.Monitor product availability, merchandising standards, and in-store execution.Conduct regular field visits and ensure compliance with company policies.Track team performance and prepare periodic reports.Coordinate with Sales, Trade Marketing, and Supply Chain departments.Resolve operational issues and ensure high customer satisfaction.Ensure the achievement of assigned KPIs and business

Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.+3 years of experience as a Retail Supervisor, preferably in the FMCG industry.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.Good command of Microsoft Office (Excel ,Outlook must).Ability to travel within assigned areas.Alexandria residents are preferred.
