Route To Market Manager

Develop and implement the company's Route to Market strategy across all channels and regions.Identify market white spaces and unlock new growthopportunities through channel, geographic, and customer expansion.Lead distribution network optimization, including territory design, route optimization, distributor footprint, and service model enhancements.

Drive channel development strategies to maximize market coverage, availability, and execution excellence.

Analyze market, customer, and commercial performance to identify opportunities and recommend strategicactions.Lead business development initiatives, including new distribution centers, new territories, and emerging channel opportunities.

Partner with Sales, Trade Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and other cross-functional teams to deliver commercial growth initiatives.Define and monitor RTM KPls and governance to continuously improve sales effectiveness and distribution efficiency.

Bachelor of Business Administration or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in a similar role within a leading organization.Consumer goods background is required.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications particularly Excel and PowerPoint.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal,
