Operational SafetyEnsure compliance with HSE standards and conduct safety inspections.

Identify hazards and support emergency preparedness activities.

Incident & Risk ManagementInvestigate incidents and near misses.

Implement corrective actions and monitor high-risk activities.

Training & Safety AwarenessDeliver safety training and inductions.

Promote safety awareness and compliance with safe work practices.

Compliance & AuditingSupport audits and ensure compliance with legal and company requirements.

Follow up on audit findings and regulatory inspections.

Reporting & DocumentationPrepare safety reports and maintain HSE records.

Monitor KPIs and support continuous improvement efforts.

Contractor Safety ManagementEnsure contractor compliance with HSE standards.

Review safety documentation and monitor work activities.

Health & WellnessSupport occupational health and wellness programs.

Coordinate health assessments and awareness initiatives.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Safety, or related field.Experience: 5–8 years in HSE roles within cement industrial field.Certifications: NEBOSH IGC or equivalent preferred.Skills: Strong communication, risk assessment, incident investigation, knowledge of Egyptian safety regulations, and familiarity with H&S management systems (ISO 45001).Good knowledge with the firefighting systems will be a plus.
