Sales Account Manager

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales & Customer Support Specialist to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, following up with leads, supporting the sales process, and ensuring an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:Respond to customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, social media, and email.Follow up with potential clients and convert leads into sales opportunities.Schedule meetings and site visits with clients.Prepare and send quotations and follow up on proposals.Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.Coordinate with the design and project teams to ensure smooth communication.Build strong relationships with clients and provide after-sales support.Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.
