The RoleWe are hiring an experienced Sales & Account Manager to work on-site from our Nasr City office.This role requires proven experience growing business accounts, increasing followers, and converting social visibility into customer engagement using both organic and paid methods.Also, it is a sales-led role with commission paid for every business you successfully bring on board.

You will handle enquiries, close deals, onboard clients, and manage ongoing client relationships to ensure retention and growth.

What You’ll Be DoingCreating and posting content using CanvaManaging Facebook and Instagram postingApplying hashtag and growth tacticsIncreasing followers and engagementPublishing Google Business Profile updatesSupporting Facebook & Google Ads executionWriting conversion-focused captionsUpdating tasks and progress in TrelloHandling inbound enquiries (calls, WhatsApp, email)Explaining Better Orders services and pricing clearlyConverting enquiries into paying clientsOnboarding new clients and collecting required informationManaging ongoing client communicationTracking subscriptions and paymentsCoordinating internal work using TrelloIdentifying opportunities for package upgrades and premium services Commission & EarningsCommission paid for every business successfully onboardedAdditional commission on:Package upgradesPremium servicesClear tracking of sales and paymentsCommission structure explained during onboarding What We’re Looking ForProven experience growing business social media accountsDemonstrated follower and engagement growthStrong Canva skills with real examplesExperience using hashtags and growth tacticsFamiliarity with Google Business ProfileBasic working knowledge of Facebook & Google AdsReliable, organized, structured, target-driven and results-focusedConfident communicator (Phone, WhatsApp, Email, Google Docs)Comfortable speaking with takeaway and restaurant ownersSales or client-facing experience preferredMarketing experience is not required.Applicants must share real examples of previous work and results.
