We're looking for a Social Media & Marketing Assistant Manager to help lead social strategy and campaign execution for our agency's client portfolio. you'll support the Marketing Manager in planning campaigns, manage day-to-day social execution, and help junior team members deliver great work for clients.
Support the development and execution of social media strategies across multiple client accountsManage content calendars, posting schedules, and campaign timelinesCreate, edit, and approve social content (copy, graphics briefs, short-form video concepts) in partnership with designers and copywritersMonitor performance metrics and compile reporting/insights for client and internal reviewsAssist in onboarding, training, and day-to-day guidance for junior social media coordinatorsAct as a secondary point of contact for select client accounts, joining check-ins and status callsStay current on platform updates, algorithm changes, and emerging social trends, and translate them into actionable recommendationsHelp manage paid social campaign setup and budget tracking in collaboration with the paid media teamSupport influencer and partnership outreach when neededContribute to internal process improvements for content workflows and approvals
