About the RoleWe’re hiring a Kitchen Sales & Designer who blends creativity with strong sales skills.

You’ll design stylish, functional kitchens and guide clients from first consultation to final sale—turning ideas into complete, tailored kitchen solutions that fit both beauty and function.

Key ResponsibilitiesEngage with clients to understand their kitchen usage, lifestyle needs, and design preferencesDevelop creative, functional kitchen layouts and detailed design proposalsPresent and sell design concepts that align with client expectations, budget, and project scopeRecommend appropriate materials, finishes, appliances, and accessories to enhance both functionality and aestheticsEnsure all designs comply with relevant building codes and safety regulationsMaintain strong product knowledge of materials, finishes, and the company’s full offeringUtilize 2020 Design software or similar tools to create accurate plans and high-quality renderingsManage the full sales cycle — from showroom consultation to negotiation and closingCollaborate with production and installation teams to ensure smooth and timely project deliveryBuild long-term client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals

Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Applied Arts, Engineering, or a related field (preferred, not mandatory)Proven experience in kitchen design and sales is essential (minimum 2+ years preferred; candidates with strong sales or sales engineering backgrounds will be highly prioritized)Experience with 2020 Design or similar interior design software is a plusExcellent communication, presentation, and consultative selling skillsCreative mindset with strong attention to detail and space/layout planningGood understanding of building, safety, and design regulationsFlexibility to work across multiple showroom locations and manage client schedules
