Sales Engineer - Concrete Admixtures

Achieve or exceed assigned sales revenue and collection objectives.Prepare and deliver compelling product presentations to prospective and existing customers.Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term retention.Evaluate customer requirements and recommend appropriate technical solutions and product specifications.Conduct regular visits and follow-up with consultants, contractors, developers, and other potential clients to secure product specification and approval.Provide on-site technical support and troubleshooting at concrete batching plants and project sites, recommending effective solutions to address customer needs.Monitor purchase orders and coordinate with customers and internal teams to ensure accurate and timely product deliveries.

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering is required.Proven track record in the sales of concrete admixture products.Strong knowledge of the concrete admixture market and industry.Owing a valid driver’s license and a private car, with the ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory.Excellent command of the English.Excellent in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
