Job Description:A real estate valuation company in Saudi Arabia is looking to hire Sales Executives from Egypt to join its business development team in Jeddah and Riyadh.The role is focused on generating new business opportunities, approaching potential clients, building strong client relationships, and promoting the company’s real estate valuation services to corporate clients, real estate companies, developers, investors, banks, and related business sectors.This opportunity is suitable for junior to mid-level sales candidates who are looking to grow their career in Saudi Arabia within the real estate services sector.
Responsibilities:Identify and approach potential clients in the real estate and corporate sectors.Generate new leads and follow up with prospects.Present the company’s real estate valuation services to potential clients.Build and maintain strong business relationships with clients.Coordinate with the internal valuation team regarding client requirements.Follow up on proposals, quotations, and client feedback.Achieve assigned sales targets.Prepare regular updates and reports on sales activities.
1 to 4 years of experience in sales, business development, outdoor sales, real estate sales, property services, construction, consultancy, or B2B sales.Good communication and negotiation skills.Presentable and able to deal with corporate clients.Self-motivated and target-oriented.Ability to generate leads and open new business opportunities.Good command of English is preferred.Previous experience in real estate is a plus, but not mandatory.Must be willing to relocate to Saudi Arabia.Valid passport is preferred.
