Minimum 10 years of experience at a managerial level Hands-on experience in the uPVC windows & doors industry is a mustProven experience in export sales marketsStrong strategic planning, negotiation, and communication skillsAbility to drive results in a competitive marketBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA is a plus)
