Sales Manager

Lead manage and motivate the real estate sales team to achieve and exceed targetsDevelop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with company goalsOversee day to day sales operations including property listings client follow ups and negotiationsBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients brokers and developersMonitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunitiesCollaborate with marketing to develop promotional strategies and campaignsPrepare regular sales reports forecasts and performance analysis for senior managementProvide training and mentoring to enhance team performance and sales techniquesEnsure compliance with legal and company policies in all transactions

Bachelor’s degree in Business Marketing or a related fieldMinimum 7 years of proven experience in real estate sales with at least 2 years in a leadership roleStrong knowledge of the local real estate market laws and regulationsExcellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skillsDemonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve targetsProficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office SuitePreferredBilingual English is a plusExperience in off plan property sales
