Sales Manager

Auto Truck Co. is a manufacturer and supplier of truck and trailer spare parts.

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales activities and expand our market presence across Egypt.

We are looking for someone to:Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company growth targets.Expand sales through distributors, wholesalers, workshops, and fleet operators.Identify new business opportunities and develop key customer relationships.Lead, train, and motivate the sales team.Monitor market trends and competitor activities.Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports.Negotiate commercial agreements and ensure timely collections.

Minimum 5 years of sales experience in truck spare parts, commercial vehicles, automotive aftermarket, or heavy equipment sectors.Proven track record of achieving sales targets.Strong network within the Egyptian truck and trailer industry is highly preferred.Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.Good command of Arabic and English.Willingness to travel throughout Egypt.
