• Developing sales options and strategies for monthly and annual promotions.
• Managing the sales team and monitoring their skills.

• Identifying technical solutions that differentiate with sub-items.
• Preparing quotations and technical proposals, and negotiating contracts to secure sales.
• Following up on tenders and major industrial projects.

• Monitoring contract stages, delivery, after-sales services, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Preparing periodic reports on market and competitor sales performance.
• Participating in exhibitions, conferences, and industry events.
• Managing procurement and inventory management, including types and speed of execution.
• Acquiring clients in accordance with company policies.
• Developing specific packages or solutions for core business needs.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Production, Electrical, Mechatronics) or Business Administration, or related experience.
• Professional sales or business administration certification is preferred.
• Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in industrial equipment procurement.
• Proven experience in selling CNC machines, laser machines, or industrial production lines.
• Experience managing sales teams focused on sales.
