Sales Operations, CRM & Outreach CoordinatorFull Time | Remote | US Business Hours RequiredGrieveAI is seeking a highly skilled CRM & Automation Operations Coordinator to help build and manage the systems, workflows, outreach campaigns, reporting, and operational processes that support our growth.

This is not a traditional Executive Assistant role.

We are looking for someone who enjoys working with technology, automation, CRM platforms, marketing campaigns, lead generation, reporting, and business operations.In this role, you will be responsible for administering and optimizing our GoHighLevel CRM, building automation workflows, maintaining dashboards and KPI reporting, supporting lead generation and outreach initiatives, and creating marketing and presentation materials using Canva.

You will also help improve business processes, document procedures, manage outreach campaigns through email, LinkedIn, and phone, and provide operational support that helps the organization scale efficiently.The successful candidate will serve as a key member of our operations team, helping connect marketing, sales, customer outreach, reporting, and automation activities into a streamlined system that supports business growth.

Job RequirementsMinimum 3 years of experience in CRM administration, marketing operations, sales operations, business operations, or a related role.Hands on experience administering and managing GoHighLevel (GHL).Experience building workflows, automations, pipelines, forms, campaigns, and CRM reporting.Experience with Zapier, Make, or similar automation platforms.Strong Canva skills, including creating presentations, lead magnets, social media graphics, and marketing materials.Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and Slack.Experience with LinkedIn outreach, lead generation, and appointment setting.Strong reporting, dashboard creation, and data analysis skills.Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.Strong organizational and project management abilities.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.Availability during U.S. business hours.
