Sales Outdoor Specialist

Job Description​About the Role:We are looking for a dynamic, results-driven Outdoor Sales Representative to join our team in Alexandria.

As a key member of our sales force, you will be the face of our electronic payment company.

Your primary mission is to expand our merchant network by identifying potential partners, explaining the value of our e-payment solutions, and ensuring a seamless onboarding process for new merchants.​

Key Responsibilities:​Merchant Acquisition: Proactively scout, identify, and approach retail shops, supermarkets, and commercial businesses in assigned areas of Alexandria.​Sales Pitching: Effectively present our e-payment services, highlighting the benefits and ROI to potential merchants.​Onboarding: Manage the full onboarding process, from initial contact to contract signing and system activation.​Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed monthly acquisition and transaction targets.​Relationship Management: Maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing merchants to increase their usage of our platform and ensure customer satisfaction.​Market Insight: Act as the eyes and ears of the company in the field, providing regular feedback on competitor activities and market trends to the management team.​Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and daily visits in the company’s CRM system.​

​Job Requirements:​Experience: 1–3 years of proven experience as an Outdoor Sales Representative (Experience in E-payment, Fintech, or FMCG is a strong plus).​Education: Bachelor's degree is preferred.​Location: Must be a resident of Alexandria.​Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and field sales skills.​Target Driven: Ability to meet and exceed monthly sales and merchant acquisition targets.​Gender: Males & Females are welcome to apply.​Military Status: Clear military service status (for males).​Vehicle: Owning a personal means of transportation (Motorcycle / Car) is highly preferred.
