Sales Representative

Our first product, TutoringHQ, is the answer.

An Arabic-first platform that digitalizes the entire daily operation of a tutoring business: student records, QR attendance at the door, digital fee collection and receipts, automatic WhatsApp updates to parents, teacher payouts, and live reporting.

We sell to two customers: tutoring centers, and independent teachers running their own groups.We are hiring our first two Sales Representatives to sell it across Cairo and Giza.You are not selling software.

You are convincing an owner who has run his center on paper for fifteen years that there is a better way, and then showing him.

That is a harder sell and a far more satisfying one.This is a field role, not a desk job.

You will be out visiting tutoring centers, meeting owners face to face, running demos, and closing.

The office is in 6th of October.Read this part carefully.

The base salary is a floor, not your income.

Commission is uncapped and it is where the money is. A rep hitting target earns far more from commission than from base. A rep who does not sell will not be happy here.

If you want a comfortable fixed salary, this is not the job.

If you back yourself, there is no ceiling.What you will do:

• Find your own customers: cold calling, cold visits, cold outreach, and referrals
• Run demos for center owners and independent teachers, and close subscriptions
• Own your patch of Cairo or Giza and hit a monthly target
• Stay with the centers you close through their first payments
• Bring real objections back to us so we can fix pricing and product

The first reps grow into the team leaders

• 1 to 7 years in sales, ideally B2B or field sales
• Willing to cold call and walk into a business unannounced.

This is most of the job

• Fluent Arabic, basic English
• Able to explain software clearly to someone who is not technical
• Cairo or Giza based, and in the field most days
• Bachelor’s degree
• Motivated by commission rather than by a fixed salary
• Own transport is an advantage
• Experience selling SaaS, software, or to the education sector is a plus, not a must
• Six working days per week, Friday off
